Week 3 rolled around and the Line-X is applied to the firewall and underfloor. PX8 code black paint was then sprayed with a clear top coat. That is a 2008 Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep Wrangler color. This was applied by Justin Clemmer one of Gary's Auto Body's employees. Obviously takes pride in his ability to lay down paint. The shine is awesome with no orange peel. Jeffrey's friend (Dan Hanawalt) came through with the 6 x 10 trailer again which worked out very well with the low floor level. Had to recruit some muscle to remove the body from the trailer and position it back on the frame. From left to right is Brandon, Jeffrey, Robert, Ed and me (Jeff) behind the camera. Originally it took the 2 of us

to load it unto the trailer but with the added weight of the Line-X and the fact that we had to be extra careful it took all of us to unload. Body bushings were previously positioned on the frame in their proper locations and then carefully lowered the body onto them. We couldn't slide the body bolts through at first until drilling out the holes to remove Line-X build up. All bolts were installed loosely, took some measurements to center the body then cinched them down. Later when the doors and top are installed the body bolts will have to be tweaked to get the door gaps and top measurements correct. Fuel filler hose assembly was then mounted. Again some minor Line-X trimming was needed. 

After, we assessed what items to give Gary's next. Most likely the grill, roll bar, steering column and brake pedal assembly. Some of which will need sand blasting. These items will create assembly work so that we can keep moving forward. So all and all, we are very satisfied with the quality of work from Gary's and also the fact that nothing was damaged during transport and assembly by us.
